Bad Experience
The company NJ Jones Plumbing was contracted to provide plumbing installation services for a newly constructed child care center in central New York. However, three years after completion, a significant leak was noticed in the ceiling and a copper water pipe entered the building with a corrosive connection. This was caused by poor workmanship, specifically leaving a T connection dirty, which led to corrosion and leakage. When the issue was reported to Donte at NJ Jones Plumbing, he responded with a simple "sorry" and declined to assist, claiming he was too busy. He also mentioned that this issue had occurred on another project. As a result, the company is recommended to be avoided due to unacceptable work quality.
Exceptional Service
On the other hand, Jason from NJ Jones Plumbing provided excellent service. He was punctual, professional, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. He also pointed out a few additional tasks that could be done in the future, but didn't pressure the customer. The customer was initially hesitant to call a plumber, but was impressed with Jason's service and would highly recommend him.
