Myers, Florida to a team of over 180 men and women who share a common goal: to provide the highest quality services with absolute integrity for the benefit of our customers, Team Members, and our community.
Our History
Founded on June 18, 1987, by Harvey Clark, P.E., United Mechanical has a rich history that spans over three decades. Harvey was instrumental in the development and advancement of the Southwest Florida ASHRAE Chapter. He owned and operated the company from 1987 until his retirement in 1998. Under his leadership, the company grew rapidly, and he managed to bid, negotiate, and secure enough work to keep a small, but extremely competent workforce busy and profitable.
Our Leadership
In 1998, Harvey was succeeded by his brother, Michael Clark. Mike worked under his brother's tutelage for several years prior to stepping into the role of company President and was well prepared to build on the foundations prepared by his brother. Under Mike's direction, United Mechanical continued to grow until it surpassed its office space on Metro Plantation Road. In 2012, the company moved into its current, more spacious location at 8170 Mainline Parkway in South Fort Myers.
In 2022, Don Pine was named President of United Mechanical, and Dustin Clark was promoted to Vice President. Today, they continue the efforts of those before them in leading the company as the region's most respected mechanical contracting provider.
