UA Local 13, Plumbers and Pipefitters, was chartered in 1890. For over 130 years, we have been committed to protecting the health and well-being of our community through our Plumbing, Pipefitting, and HVAC Service work. Our contractors employ the members of Local 13 in many construction industries, working in the Heavy Industrial, Commercial, and Residential sectors.
