Our History

Ivey Mechanical was founded in 1947 by Kermit Ivey in Kosciusko, Mississippi. The company started as a small repair shop, focusing on residential and small commercial construction. In 1958, Kermit's son, Marlin, joined the partnership, shifting the marketing focus from residential to commercial projects. The company has since grown to become a leading provider of mechanical construction and maintenance services, with over 1,000 employees and 10 locations throughout the Southeast.
