REON Inc. is an 8(a) small business construction company with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) expertise. Our company specializes in high-end, sole-source, retrofit and system upgrades, as well as design-build construction renovation projects for Federal Government agencies in the DC Metro area.

Our Story

REON was established in 2006 in Baltimore, MD, by company founder and president, Matt Perry. With over 20 years of Project Management experience, Matt has a strong background in government contracting work. Our team of seasoned professionals includes Project Managers, a Licensed Master Electrician, and other Journeyman Trades workers, all with extensive experience in federal projects and contract administration processes.

Our company has developed a reputation for accountability across our core competencies. We perform work to code, not only meeting the tasks outlined in the contracted scope of work but also identifying code violations that may have been overlooked by previous contractors or code updates that should be corrected for reasons of life safety or effectively implemented during scheduled outages or related work.
