At Bolin Plumbing, we pride ourselves on being a family-owned business that has been serving the San Antonio and surrounding areas for over 25 years. Our President and Co-Founder, Greg Bolin, has extensive experience in the plumbing industry, having started his career in high school as an apprentice and continuing to expand his skills and knowledge over the years. Greg, along with his wife Shannon, started Bolin Plumbing in 1994 with the goal of providing a professional and reputable plumbing company that would prioritize quality, integrity, and customer service.

Unsatisfactory Experiences
Lori Checkal's 1-star review expresses extreme dissatisfaction with Bolin Plumbing. She claims that the company charges exorbitant rates, taking 30 minutes to start work, and then bills for a full hour. Additionally, the technician allegedly installed a useless "shark bite" connector, left a mess, and cut off a section of pipe.
Amanda S.'s 5-star review, on the other hand, highlights a positive experience with Bolin Plumbing. She was referred to the company by a friend and appreciated their over-the-phone quote for a water heater replacement. The technicians, Ross and Louie, were punctual, worked for less than the quoted price, adhered to COVID safety guidelines, and provided a detailed invoice.
Brandon R.'s 2-star review describes a mixed experience. He left a message with Bolin Plumbing on Sunday evening, and they called him back the next morning. However, when he tried to schedule a service, he was told that their insurance didn't cover work on multi-family properties.
