Our story began in 1960 when Charles and Marie Saia started the business in Tacoma Park, Maryland. The business transitioned to Olney, Maryland in 1965. From the start, we established strong relationships with restaurants, contractors, and residents of the community. In the mid-70s, Charles and Marie passed the business to their three sons: Charles, Martin, and Steve. They continued to grow the business and nurture relationships with large restaurant chains, contractors specializing in restaurant construction, and commercial establishments, as well as loyal residential customers.

Now, the third generation of the Saia family, Marty, has taken over the business. Marty started in the office in 1994, working closely with his father for over 22 years. He plans to carry on the same relationships that his father and grandfather worked to build and run the business with the same hard work and integrity that made it what it is today.
