IQ Outdoor Reset

Adding a weather-sensitive control adjusts the boiler temperature up or down based on the outdoor air temperature. By adjusting the boiler temperature, it often runs at lower temperatures which enhances efficiency and can deliver savings of 15 - 20 %. It maximizes the comfort of the heating system by allowing the boiler to run longer cycles at a steady temperature minimizing wasteful on/off cycling.

Water Heaters

Rusty hot water is usually a warning from your hot water tank - it's time to replace me! You should choose a water heating system that will provide you enough hot water for your home and will do it efficiently, saving you money. We recommend the following water heaters:

• Conventional - A storage tank of hot water.
• Aquabooster storage tank - A storage tank hooked up to a tankless coil to boost water heating capacity. Stores hot water made by tankless coil in boiler.
• Indirect water heaters - A storage tank with coiled pipes inside. Water is heated by hot water from the boiler.
