Professional articulate spokesman. Answered all of our questions and made alternative money saving suggestions. Great visit. No pressure sales approach to our problems. Five stars.

It was my first time to engage "Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing", and I have to say that I was extremely impressed and happy with my experience. I had submitted a request online and later that morning I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and professionalism of the lady who handled my request and scheduling. Additionally, there was a follow up call by another person to see if I would be able to accommodate their technician a little earlier since they were already in the area.

Upon arrival, two gentlemen arrived in Milestone uniforms and I could tell by their introduction and demeanor that they were ready to tackle just about any electrical problem that I could give them. So, I proceeded to discuss the initial reason for the call which was to install an outlet in the area where my water heater was. (I wanted the outlet to power a newly installed FloodStop device on the water heater since I didn't want to rely on batteries for the devices operation.) Bryan (the lead electrician) discussed how they would approach the installation and what they would be looking for.

He was very detail oriented and explained everything. I had some additional electrical work that I had questions about and Bryan listened to my thoughts and provided his advice on each future plan that I had. He worked up the solutions and pricing so that I could plan appropriately. He also explained the "Milestone Advantage Plan", its costs and benefits.

And he provided pricing on each solution with and without the plan. Work was completed "in a flash", just like their motto says! I definitely appreciated the great professionalism exhibited by Bryan and Simon as well as the rest of the office staff. I look forward to doing additional business with them to handle my large-scale electrical needs.

Amazing customer service, highly recommend! I needed a plumber and was able to set up an appointment for next day. Receptionists were polite and helpful with my questions, and let me know when they would arrive. They came right out and immediately got to work. Bradley did a great job, after explaining our issues he knew right where to go to fix the problem, very professional and helpful with any questions we had for future maintenance as well. Thank you Milestone! You saved the day!

Alex is a consummate professional, a courteous and knowledgeable employee. We always are happy to have him in our home - and he does excellent work!

Blair and Francisco (his trainee) gave our systems a thorough once over and did some minor preventive maintenance. He also gave some pointers on system improvements and alternatives for future consideration. I appreciate the video and the pointers. Very courteous and personable. The professionalism that I get with every visit is nothing short of astounding! In spite of the somewhat higher cost for even some of the simplest of jobs, I still appreciate how professional each technician has been been during each visit gives me peace of mind every time I need em! Alex was incredibly helpful, and has upheld Milestone's sense of professionalism!

Saw and his team at Milestone are fantastic! The work was completed quickly and professionally. I had a hot water leak and two leaky outdoor spigots- Saw took care of them and was friendly and informative during the whole process. Outstanding experience!

Danny was a great technician. He came and replaced the blower motor and stayed until the unit cycled through and came on and everything was working great.

Rocky (Taylor) was very thorough in doing the inspection. Explained everything in detail and laid out all options to aid in our decision making. Great guy, very knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Ricardo is wonderful! He texts if he is running late. He is polite, friendly and nice to my dogs. He always answers questions and explains things clearly. He solves the problem quickly and easily and always cleans up from the job. We are so appreciative of the service we get from Ricardo and Milestone.

Brett did a great job. He was very thorough and detailed in his work. He explained things to me very well. I felt he was honest and forthright in his assessments and work. He went above and beyond in his attention to detail and completeness. The value for the dollar was excellent. Would welcome him back for our next service.

Jose did a thorough maintenance evaluation. He explained the situation we had and options very clearly. We appreciate his time spent talking us through everything.

Very impressed with Milestone. They Have been out to our house several times and are always professional, clean and take the time to explain their work and walk you through what was done. I like how they can service the entire house, it takes the stress away from trying to find different contractors I can trust.

We've used Milestone for a few years now. Always good service. The techs are all great and very professional. They really stand behind their work. Today we had Justin come out for our regular AC tune up. He was on time and very thorough. He deserves a raise!

Piper did an awesome job and left no stone unturned. Again your prices are so high I cannot begin to even think of spending that much on basic repairs and maintenance but Piper was incredibly well educated and knowledgable and I am extremely happy with his service and detailed help and instruction. Neil was excellent in doing a whole home electrical inspection for us. We had problems with our new build electrician contractors, so we called Milestone to come check the work the builders did. Neil was extremely thorough, and answered every single question I had. Thank you Neil & Milestone for easing our minds and doing such great thorough work! We appreciate you. We'll for sure use Milestone going forward and request Neil for any work we may need done in the future!

Ricardo was awesome! I have manufacturer defective breakers and we have replacements on back order. He found a way for me to save money even though they had not yet arrived. Ge was patient and polite and got the work done quickly

Zach did an absolutely fabulous job! I would give Milestone five stars if the cost wasn't so high - because they have so many overhead costs. Having said that, that had nothing to do with Zach's job performance. He cleaned up, he explained how everything worked, and showed me what to look out for and how to maintain the new disposal. Great job!

The milestone team was exceptional. The vendor lost our parts, but their team went ahead and used temporary parts to get our hot water back on. When our parts were in, Chris went above and beyond to help us get our water heater fixed for good and helped with any questions we had. He also completed the job swiftly and efficiently. I highly recommend you ask for Chris if you need anything done. Thank you, Chris!

Robert was outstanding. He was prompt, caring with my home, and a genuinely nice person. He completed everything with a smile and great demeanor. He went above and beyond unclogging the drain. He took the time to clean it very thoroughly.it works like it never did before. He also provided great suggestions for other things to consider doing without being pushy. I will definitely ask for Robert again.you can't go wrong.

I highly recommend Milestone for all your HVAC needs. I have used them twice now and I absolutely love their outstanding customer service they provided me. Everyone from the receptionist who answered the phone to the technician, were very friendly, professional and kind. Rolando Mojica was the tech that did diagnostic on my AC today and he was prompt to his appointment, communicative and very knowledgeable.

I appreciate his thoroughness and due diligence in finding the issue with my AC. Both times, I've used this company, they've proven honesty and integrity and their prices are VERY reasonable too. I would not go anywhere else after discovering this gem of a company. Thank you Rolando and all staff at Milestone for your outstanding service.
