On the other hand, there are a few instances where Progressive Plumbing fell short of expectations. Jeff Snell had a negative experience with an electrician who ripped out smart switches and left switches and faceplates on the floor, and then sent a bill for almost $900 without providing a detailed invoice. Marjie Friedman had an issue with repetitive billing, where they were debited twice for the same service without notification. Charles Stevens had a leak caused by a mistake made by one of Progressive's technicians, which resulted in significant costs to repair the damage.
