At Stan Roberts & Associates, Inc., we pride ourselves on our long history of serving the plumbing and utility industry. Founded in 1970 by Stan and Blanche Roberts, our company has been dedicated to providing quality products at competitive prices with unparalleled service.
Our Story
Our founders, Stan and Blanche, met in high school in the West Texas town of San Angelo. Despite the challenges of the Great Depression, they married in 1945 after Stan returned from World War II as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force. Stan's wartime experiences had a profound impact on his life, and he and Blanche went on to build a business that was founded on the values of hard work, honesty, and a commitment to family.
In the late 1960s and early 1970s, plastics became widely used in the United States. Recognizing the growing demand for plastics, Stan decided to open Stan Roberts & Associates, Inc. to supply wholesale distributors with PVC pipe and fittings. With Blanche's meticulous accounting skills and Stan's sales acumen, the company quickly grew and expanded to become one of the leading manufacturers' representatives in the industry.
