Professionalism and Quality of Work
Many reviewers have praised Dun-Rite's technicians for their professionalism, knowledge, and quality of work. Francesca Contento, Janette Rickinson, Jake Weiser, and Latavia Phillips all gave high ratings and praised the technicians for being on-time, knowledgeable, and courteous. For example, Jake Weiser mentioned that the technicians who installed his central humidifier and ionizer were "informative and talked me through their process." Latavia Phillips was particularly impressed with Sterling, who was "AMAZING and thorough" in resolving her plumbing issue.
Disappointing Experiences
However, some reviewers have had negative experiences with Dun-Rite. Aasheesh Mittal was quoted $350 for a repair, but the price was reduced to $150 when he called back. The technician also quoted him a higher price, and the owner was rude when he disputed the price. Paul Ehlis was disappointed with the company's handling of his minor repair appointment, which was delayed multiple times with no notification or explanation.
