Unreliable Experience
The reviews about GEM's services are mixed, with some customers expressing disappointment and others being pleased. One reviewer, Bro Broskie, felt that the company was "horrible" to work with and that the hiring process was far too selective. They also mentioned that even after passing the written test and having a previous background, they didn't receive a call back.

The technician, George, told them that the unit was low on freon and adjusted the value. However, the unit froze up again just three days later. Smallwood called back, but was told that George wasn't qualified to fix the issue, and would have to pay again for a new service call.
