JC Services AC is a family-owned premier Mechanical and Plumbing company that has been serving the Greater New Orleans area since 1996. Initially starting as an air conditioning service company named JC Services, the company was built with sweat equity by the current owners, Charlie and Jeannie Blanque. In 2012, the company became JC Services AC to better identify the company's core services. With four decades of field experience in HVAC systems installation, diagnostics, commissioning, start-up, and retrofit, JC Services AC has become one of the most trusted contractors in the New Orleans area.
Our Services
JC Services AC offers a wide range of services for both residential and commercial clients. The company specializes in heating and cooling preventative maintenance, repairs, and system replacements. Our factory-trained technicians can service mini-splits and DX units, as well as handle boilers and chillers. We also install and service pumps and domestic chill water lines.
In addition to HVAC services, JC Services AC also provides plumbing repairs and renovations. From leaky faucets to bathroom renovations, our state and locally licensed plumbers can handle all jobs, big and small. We inspect backflow valves, and install and service medical grade UV Lights for cleaner air. JC Services AC also provides annual preventative maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC systems.

Poor Quality and Unprofessional Service
The company JC Services was thoroughly criticized by Hunter Band for its subpar quality and unprofessional behavior. The customer paid $12,000 for a new HVAC system, but JC Services failed to register the equipment, resulting in the loss of five years' worth of warranty.
Installation Issues
Furthermore, the condensate line was installed incorrectly, causing the system to malfunction frequently and drain under the customer's house. This led to significant issues and additional problems.
