Unsatisfactory Experience
The reviewer, Scott B., had a disappointing experience with the company. He was interested in getting a quote for radiant heat, oil to gas conversion, and adding an extra bathroom. However, despite numerous follow-ups, he never received the quote.
Poor Communication
The company's communication was lacking, with Yasmin not providing the quote even after Scott's multiple attempts to follow up. Additionally, Rich, who initially seemed confident and promised to deliver the quote within a couple of weeks, failed to do so.
Inflexibility with Services
The company was also inflexible with their services, refusing to accommodate Scott's requests. They claimed they couldn't run a gas line to hook up a stove during the gas conversion or couldn't run the pipes as Scott had requested for the bathroom addition.
