Incomplete Service
R. B.'s experience with Papa's Plumbers was marked by a series of missed commitments and unprofessional communication. They were initially unable to send a plumber to fix and attach a log lighter in their gas fireplace, despite initially promising to do so. The plumber called back to try to reschedule, but ultimately failed to show up for the rescheduled appointment.
