Our story began in 1898 with Phillip German, who started a business focused on installing and servicing windmills and water systems. Today, we have evolved to provide comprehensive HVAC and plumbing solutions for both residential and commercial properties.

Our Team

Meet our team, led by Scott and Randy German, the 4th generation of the German family to run the business. Scott heads the HVAC Division, with expertise in radiant floor heat, geothermal systems, and more. Randy leads the Plumbing Division, with extensive knowledge in plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Susan German, our Business Operations Manager, handles plumbing sales and design, bringing a unique perspective from her interior design background.
