At Four Rivers Construction, we are a family-owned and operated company based in Kingsbury, Texas, serving the surrounding communities of San Marcos, New Braunfels, Seguin, Gonzales, Luling, Lockhart, and beyond. Our History

Our name, Four Rivers Construction, comes from the four rivers that define the geographic area we service: the San Marcos, Blanco, Guadalupe, and Comal Rivers. Our company was founded on the principles of integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction, and we strive to live up to these values in every project we undertake.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, including plumbing, heating and air conditioning, and construction and renovations. Our plumbing services include new turnkey installations, small leak repairs, and everything in between. Our construction and renovation services include kitchen updates, bathroom refreshes, and full home renovations, all performed with attention to detail and a commitment to compliance with local codes and regulations. Our heating and air conditioning services include new system installations, annual system checkups, and repairs.

Our Team

Our team is led by Benjamin Dean, who has 13 years of construction experience and a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Technology from Texas State University, as well as a Master of Business Administration. Benjamin is a licensed general contractor and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and on budget. Our plumbing and HVAC services are led by Stephen Dean, who has 35 years of experience as a self-employed licensed master plumber and HVAC contractor.
