Our Story

Our story began when Ruby Fleigelman, David's grandfather, started his own plumbing business in Mattapan in 1943. The family tradition continued when Chet Elman, David's father, started his own plumbing company in Newton. David began his plumbing career in 1973 and eventually joined his father's business. In 1975, Chet Elman bought out Baker Plumbing, and the company was renamed Baker-Elman Plumbing. Today, under David's ownership, we continue to provide exceptional plumbing services to the Greater Boston area.
