One reviewer, Joe Simonetta, had a disappointing experience with Wimpy's Plumbing & Air. He called the company on a Friday afternoon when his air conditioner broke down, but was told that the office was closing and no one could help until Monday. When asked to speak with the manager, Joe was told that the company had a policy of requiring a $400 membership before providing service. This lack of flexibility and urgency left a bad taste in his mouth, and he ended up calling another company to resolve the issue.
