No-Show and Unreliable Service
The reviewed company appears to have a history of disappointing customers. Alan M. booked an appointment with the company, but they never arrived, leaving him to wait around for hours. When he called to inquire about the status of his appointment, the company's representative claimed they had a sickness at home, but failed to provide notice to Alan M. before the scheduled appointment time.
Failed to Deliver on Promises
