Exceptional Service
Gary Fredenberg, the plumber, did a wonderful job fixing kitchen sink leaks and went above and beyond to correct a poor installation. Similarly, Pete's Plumbing provided excellent service, with prompt responses to emergencies and fair pricing. Debra's scheduling experience was pleasant, and Tim the plumber was excellent, fixing various small issues and showing up on time as promised. Michelle S. praised everyone she spoke to, saying they were kind, professional, and knowledgeable, with no hidden costs. Rita M. also had a positive experience, praising the company for doing a top-notch job and providing a price as advertised.
Mixed Reviews and Complaints
On the other hand, some customers had disappointing experiences with Pete's Plumbing. Carly P. suspected her garbage disposal was at the end of its life-span and bought a new one, only to have the plumber tell her it was too large for the space and try to upsell her on a higher-torque disposal. Douglas B. was unhappy with the work completed, saying it was all that was needed was the washer replaced, not the valve. Celest B. had a particularly terrible experience, with the company leaving broken sewage pipes on her property, uncapping a manhole, breaking light fixtures, and leaving electric cables all over her yard.
