Our journey began with Steve and Debbie Eayrs, who moved to Homer in 1983 and soon found themselves involved in various aspects of construction. Steve's experience in plumbing and heating led him to start a local plumbing shop, which eventually evolved into Eayrs Plumbing and Heating. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include new construction plumbing, residential bath and shower installations, commercial heating systems, and even solar panel water heating. Our commitment to using top-quality products and our team's combined 200 years of experience have made us experts in our field.

Our Story

Steve and Debbie's early years in Homer were marked by hard work and a passion for building something from scratch. They started out in tents and shipping containers before eventually purchasing a property at 1208 Lakeshore Drive. It was there that they established their business, which quickly gained a reputation for expertise in boiler piping and controls, radiant heated floors, and thermal solar panels. Debbie's passing in 2015 was a significant loss, but Steve continued to lead the business until 2016, when he transferred ownership to Nathan and Corrie Ellington. Nathan, who had been employed with Eayrs for over 15 years, was the natural choice to take the reins. Under their leadership, the business has continued to grow and expand, including a recent renovation of the retail section of the shop.
