Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. Ward Bruner, our founder and Chief Pipe Whisperer, is a native Portlander who graduated from the University of Oregon. He has a passion for finding creative solutions to plumbing challenges and takes pride in helping people make their homes more comfortable. In his free time, Ward enjoys sailing, traveling, and racing his Corvette.

Ian Bruner, Ward's son, is a journeyman plumber who brings a new generation's perspective to our company. Ian loves solving problems, meeting new people, and enjoying the great outdoors activities such as snowboarding and sailing. His wife, Chris, is also an integral part of the team, bringing her own set of skills to our operations.
